Free delivery is to Mainland UK and for a limited period only. Delivery surcharges do apply to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man and other islands off the mainland. What happens after I make a purchase?
Once your order has been placed, a member of our warehouse team will contact you by phone or email to organise a suitable delivery day for you (this will be within the relevant specified lead time of the product you purchase).
DiscountBedFramesDirect.co.uk uses proffesional UK couriers to deliver all items. Your chosen delivery day will need to be Monday-Friday, when you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for the delivery. Goods are then delivered between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Please instruct at the check-out if you have a safe place for goods to be left without a signature.
What happens if I am not in when the goods are due to be delivered?
No problem! All of our goods are sent out to a 'local hub' in your area. If for any reason you are not in when delivery is attempted, the driver will simply leave a calling card with their direct contact details. You will then easily be able to call the number and re-organise a suitable time of day.
